From November 11 to December 18, this offering lets customers pre-order whole roast goose (approx. 5 kg, €179, serves 4) or duck (2–2.5 kg, €69, serves 2) to take home, complete with sides like red cabbage, dumplings, orange-wormwood jus, baked apple, and breadcrumb butter. The birds come from regional farming northeast of Hannover, and the dishes are also available in the shop as a gift idea.
