ECSTATIC DANCE
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, substance-free dance gathering where participants move intuitively to music without talking, judgment, or choreography—often beginning with a guided warm-up and closing with a sound bath or meditation—creating a communal space for self-expression and connection.
