Ravioli genovesi e pansoti
This is a hands-on Genoese pasta-making cooking course where participants learn to prepare ravioli al tocco and pansoti with walnut sauce. The event includes a welcome drink, all ingredients and equipment provided, recipe handouts to take home, and requires advance booking by phone with a minimum number of participants.
