Ramen Time
**Ramen Time** is a hands-on Italian cooking class where participants learn to make handmade noodles and several ramen dishes (Yasai, Chicken Katsu, and Miso Ramen) plus okonomiyaki, with all ingredients, equipment, aprons, and recipe handouts provided—bookable by phone with a minimum participant requirement.
