Pizza e focaccia
This is a hands-on pizza and focaccia cooking course where participants—welcomed with a glass of prosecco and a snack—learn to make long-rise pizza, cheese focaccia, and Apulian panzerotti, with all ingredients, equipment, aprons, and recipe handouts provided. Booking is required by phone, and the course will only take place if a minimum number of participants is reached.
