(Lindenstraße 15, 99610 Sprötau) Am
I'm afraid I don't have enough information to summarize this event. The text you've shared only contains an address (Lindenstraße 15, 99610 Sprötau, which is in Germany) and the fragment "Am" (German for "On/At"). Could you please share the full event description or invitation? Once I can see the complete text, I'd be happy to write a 1–2 sentence summary for you.
