This appears to be an announcement for a venue at Lauentor 14 in Erfurt, which is open Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 3 p.m., weather permitting, as well as during events and on additional sunny days. The notice seems to describe outdoor or seasonal opening hours (likely for a beer garden or café) rather than a specific event.
