A Torinoi Lo Das Turiner Pferd
A screening of Béla Tarr's *The Turin Horse* (A torinói ló), the acclaimed 2011 Hungarian art film co-directed with Ágnes Hranitzky. Shot in stark black-and-white with famously long takes, it depicts the six bleak days in the lives of an elderly farmer, his daughter, and their horse—a meditation on decline inspired by the story of Nietzsche's breakdown in Turin.
