Major Tom - Völlig losgelöst
"Völlig losgelöst" ("Completely Detached") is a 1983 German synth-pop song by Peter Schilling that tells the story of an astronaut, Major Tom (inspired by David Bowie's "Space Oddity"), whose space mission goes out of control and who drifts away into space, deliberately cutting himself loose from Earth.
