Alcabala
I don't have reliable information about this specific event, so I can't accurately summarize it. "Alcabala" refers to a historical tax on commerce in Portugal and Spain (and is also a card game), and an event at FNAC Fórum Coimbra could plausibly be a book launch, game presentation, or talk — but I'd be guessing. I'd recommend checking FNAC Portugal's event listings for details.
