Family Masterclass: Handmade Italian Feast
This is a hands-on family pasta-making class at the Natural Cookery School in Nailsworth, where participants learn beginner-friendly techniques for making gnocchi, rolling pasta dough, and shaping and filling ravioli, plus seasonal sauces. The class ends with a shared meal of dishes like asparagus and pistachio ravioli, spinach gnocchi, and tagliatelle with wild garlic pesto.
