KALTER HUND
**Kalter Hund** (also called *Kalter Hund* or *Kellerkuchen*) is a traditional German no-bake dessert made by layering chocolate-coconut fat mixture with butter biscuit rectangles in a loaf pan, which is then chilled until firm — resembling, per its name, a cold dog's snout in cross-section.
