Jorinde und Joringel
"Jorinde und Joringel" is a German fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm about a young couple in love who get lost in a forest where an evil witch-transformed-into-an-owl turns Jorinde into a nightingale and captures her. Joringel, protected by a magical dream, eventually finds the witch's castle and, with a magical red flower, frees Jorinde and transforms all the enchanted birds back into maidens.
