Iñárritu's satire stars Tom Cruise as eccentric oil tycoon Digger Rockwell, whose ruthlessness pushes the world to the brink of apocalypse. When the US President demands he "eat his own soup," the egomaniac accepts the challenge — hoping to emerge as humanity's savior.
