A weekly Pilates mat class at Cyncoed Methodist Church in Cardiff, led by Emma Carlson, designed to improve posture, muscle tone, balance and flexibility for participants of all levels. It's part of a half-term block beginning the week of 2nd November 2026, costing £10 per class.
