Rules to be relaxed from January 2027
The Brussels regional government, at the initiative of Minister-President Boris Dilliès, has decided to relax short-term rental regulations from January 2027, removing the urban planning certificate requirement for primary-residence rentals and simplifying safety certification while dropping the co-owners' written approval requirement.
