Matthieu Idmtal
This event features a piano recital by Matthieu Idmtal, contrasting Schumann’s nostalgic and intimate Kinderszenen with Chopin’s dramatic Third Sonata and Medtner’s meditative Sonata Reminiscenza. The program explores the theme of memory, examining the past through lenses of poetic simplicity, romantic intensity, and reflective melancholy.
