Garde & Show Jugend & Adults (ab 13 Jahre/ Adults) Leistungstraining
This is a Garde and Show dance performance training group for ages 13 and up (youth & adults), meeting Fridays 5:00–6:30 PM in Saal 2 with trainer Leonie Peiser. Open to beginners and experienced dancers alike, it teaches fundamentals like cartwheels, splits, and step combinations, prepares participants for tournaments, and offers stage experience through performances.
