Pippi Langstrumpf
**Pippi Langstrumpf** (Pippi Longstocking) is a beloved children's book character created by Swedish author Astrid Lindgren in 1945. The stories follow Pippi, a strong, unconventional, and independent nine-year-old girl with red braided pigtails who lives at Villa Villekulla with her monkey Mr. Nilsson and her horse, having adventures while charming (and shocking) the adults around her.
