Outer Sound Presents: A Hallween Revue
Outer Sound is hosting a Halloween costume party at 131 Bar in Mitte on Thursday of Halloweekend, featuring live music from local artists impersonating famous monsters plus DJ sets to dance to. The event encourages dressing up, has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, and offers a NOTAFLOF option for those facing financial hardship.
