"Mit der Donau" is a full-evening composition and spatial installation by Pia Palme and a collective of artists—including soprano Juliet Fraser, performers, the ORF Radio-Symphonieorchester Wien, and the Danube river itself—premiering at Wien Modern 2026, based on research into the sounds, movements, and words emerging from the Danube floodplain landscapes.
