Olle Hexe
"Olle Hexe" ("Old Witch" in Swabian dialect) is a traditional figure in the Swabian-Alemannic Fastnacht, the pre-Lenten carnival celebrated in southwestern Germany. Costume wearers dressed as witches with carved wooden masks, ragged clothing, and brooms perform during carnival parades and festivities, often playfully teasing spectators.
