Mittagspsalm am Montag
**Mittagspsalm am Montag** (Midday Psalm on Monday) refers to a short midday prayer service held on Mondays, typically in the Christian (often Lutheran/Catholic monastic) tradition. It centers on praying a psalm together at noon—marking one of the traditional "hours" of prayer—usually with scripture, silence, and prayer, offering a brief moment of spiritual reflection in the middle of the workday.
