Metaxy
Metaxy (Greek: μεταξύ, meaning "in-between") is a philosophical concept, most notably developed by Plato in the *Symposium*, referring to the intermediate realm between opposites—such as the human condition standing between mortal ignorance and divine wisdom. It later became central to thinkers like Eric Voegelin, who used it to describe human consciousness as existing between time and eternity.
