This is a 4-day silent yoga retreat (December 10–13, 2026) at the Sutra House in Riehen, Switzerland, led by teachers Alex and Corinne. Participants will immerse themselves in stillness through quiet yoga sequences, reflection, candlelight, and a year-end review to consciously let go of the old year and welcome the new one, with free time for reading, walks, tea, massage, and sauna.
