The Peruvian Food Festival returns to Restaurant BlueBlood for its 9th edition, an evening celebrating the flavours, music and spirit of Peru. Guests enjoy an extensive buffet of traditional Peruvian dishes prepared by a culinary team led by Chef de Cuisine Luis Rojas, holder of the Authentic Peruvian Cuisine Certification, plus live music from a traditional Peruvian band. The edition also offers
