De Grote, Kleine Man! - Louis Davids
"De Grote, Kleine Man!" is a classic Dutch cabaret song by Louis Davids, a leading figure of the Dutch revue and cabaret scene in the early 20th century. The song humorously and sympathetically portrays the struggles of the "kleine man" (little man/ordinary citizen), who is small in the world of the powerful and wealthy but larger than life in his own right.
