Cinema Session: COLOURFUL SKIES, BURNT LANDS
An audiovisual performance by Montreal-based artist Maxime Corbeil-Perron, played live on three analog film projectors. The moving colours intertwine with sampled and synthetic sounds, creating blazing landscapes between abstraction and analog artefacts. Using a custom light-control system, the work meditates on technological acceleration, its environmental impact, and obsolescence.
