The Devils
"The Devils" most commonly refers to Ken Russell's controversial 1971 historical drama film, based on Aldous Huxley's book *The Devils of Loudun*. It depicts the true story of Urbain Grandier, a 17th-century French priest executed after being accused of witchcraft amid religious and political turmoil, and the alleged mass demonic possession of a convent of nuns led by the hysteric Sister Jeanne.
