Saturday Afternoon Hangout
This appears to be a weekend social event inviting people to hang out on Saturday afternoon at BARQ (the MARQ Cafeteria), offering a casual spot to relax over drinks like beer or tea before heading out for the evening. The event description is cut off, but it seems to be a laid-back gathering for those looking for something to do on their weekend.
