This is a systematic review and meta-analysis, following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, that synthesizes evidence from randomized controlled trials on rehabilitation modalities. The researchers searched multiple databases up to April 7, 2026, pooled data using random-effects meta-analysis, and evaluated study quality with the Cochrane Risk of Bias 2 tool.
